We specialize in Weddings! From the ceremony to the reception we can design your wedding wishes for all your floral needs. Our above wedding has Australian roses accented with hypercium and gold designer wire, hand tied in chocolate satin ribbon and bow. I only work with the best and although I can work with any budget. I  work with silks of the finest too, as our bride on the cover is holding our featured bouquet, she is also our featured Bride. More pics on the way!

We are full service at Blossom Designs! From the ceremony to the reception we can help you pick out your bouquet, choose  from our array of wedding books, bring in you own ideas or I can give you my design ideas and create a bouquet for you off of feelings I get off of what you are thinking of.  My brides tell me I am good at this.

A contract will provided at the time of your order. There is a charge for the consultation, this will be deducted at the time of the signing of the contract.*At this time I will wave consultation fee in order to provide extra savings to you on pre costs.  A deposit is required at the time of your floral order, deposit will vary.$100.00 minimum. I will discuss fees and deposits at the initial appointment. You may also reserve your wedding date by contacting me to register, a $25.00 fee is required to reserve.I will wave this fee as well at this time. Reservations are limited. You can register up to 2 years in advance.

Shelly Blossom Wedding Planning Services-I am a wedding planner, I can plan your entire wedding while you get along in life without wedding planning stresses, leave that all to me. We will set up an initial consultation, at that time we will discuss what your wedding dreams are. I will make notes and come up with ideas for you to choose, I will set up appointments, accompany you to these appointments, you will know what will be required to reserve your date with these vendors ahead of time, I will have contracts from some vendors that you can sign while on appointment with me. I will give you the schedule of times for meetings and reserving vendors, this can be done over a course of time depending on time of event or you can do it all at the beginning and leave the rest up to me. I will manage your wedding from the beginning to the very end. I will be with you all the way! You will know ahead of time what my costs will be during the planning, these are to be paid accordling. Explanation of fees in contract.

Fees are required upon first visit. I will explain fees at the time the appointment is made. I will discuss my fees up front with you before we get started and show you a copy of my contract for your approval to get started.

I am a manager of weddings and I will do a great job for you, I take much pride in all of my work and I will give you my best in what I do.

     Silk  centerpieces for your reception, and vase rental for fresh floral centerpieces. Rent for a fraction of actual cost for purchase. I only work with the best silks and fresh floral in town! You will want to touch these beautiful silk flowers to see if they are real. I get it all the time, someone will go to smell it to find no smell , they look and feel so real.  These silks centerpieces are what's hot for this year, in rich brillant colors and soft colors too. You won't believe your eyes, you'll want to smell these gorgeous silks.

  • Centerpiece rental. Submerged roses with floating candles.


    This centerpiece was last shown at Todd and Tina's wedding at Brandywine country club, we used the halls cylinder vases. You can rent these from me too, you pay for the flowers, and the candles which were scented in vanilla , rent the cylinders, mirrors and glass accent in the bottom, there is a labor charge of course. This centerpiece is very elegant and affordable to compliment your great taste for you wedding reception. Please call for an appointment to reserve these cylinders.


  • Centerpiece

    This centerpiece is also another choice Tina made for their special day, this is a carnation sphere. These spheres can be done in any flower. You can rent the cylinder vases and mirrors. Call for details.

  • The Wedding Network-over 30 vendors to choose from!

    The wedding network is a network I have been collecting for the past 24 years! You will find everything you need here. From photographers, cake baker, limo service, dj's, bands, halls, cateriers, tent rentals and hog roasts, symphony duet and pianist/vocalist for the ceremony. Favors from Sweetshop USA. Beverly Clark collection. Invitations, engraver, honeymoon travel, and more. You must be registered at Blossom Designs to use this service or a fee is charged. I will get you the information you request or I can be hired as your wedding planner and take care of all the details with your approval.

  • Ceremony, carnation spheres.

    Another choice Tina made for the ceremony flowers are these carnation spheres, they are hung from the chairs to compliment the setting, they were later moved to the reception and hung over the bar. Dual purpose.

  • Bridal Packages.

    Gerbermini handtied bouquets in color choice of gerbers and ribbon. Total price including tax $182.89 Price after discount-$34.35 = $146.30 includes tax.

    Bridal bouquet-12 gerberminis. 2 bridal bouquets 8 gerberminis each and throw bouquet-6gerberminis. add additional bridesmaids bouquets $41.04 extras double rose corsages with ribbon backdrop-$14.00 each. Single rose boutonnieres-$5.00 each.

  • Whitney chose for her bouquet, white roses. bouvardia and hypercynium. Her bridesmaids were in Dolores and Duke colored gerberdaiseys.


This brides bouquet was made of cascading silk miniture cala lilies, her bridesmaids held handtied miniture cala lilies bouquets. Her mother told me she cried when she seen her flowers she was so happy!


Our favorite Altar arrangement! This September wedding was held at St. Patricks Historic Church, Toledo, Ohio. The lady in charge of the church said to me, "these arrangements were the most beautiful of anything she has ever seen at their church in the 10 years she has been there. That was such a compliment to me as the church is the most beautiful I have ever seen.
